Sports lessons over the Internet

Sport halls and playgrounds are closed. The physical education is cancelled. That is why the basketball professionals from ALBA Berlin regularly show new exercises on the net. My coach sends me videos and there are a lot of exercises in it.

At school our teachers normally would have organized our traditional school sports day but because of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) it was impossible to do. But if you want to do sport, then just plan it with your family. ALBA made a lot of videos and I'll show you two of their videos. Here are the links:
